Propheseer ("we", "our", "us") provides a unified API for accessing prediction market data from multiple sources including Polymarket, Kalshi, and Gemini. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Account & API Keys

• •You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
• •You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Do not share them publicly.
• •You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your API key.
• •We may revoke API keys that are abused or used in violation of these terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• •Use the API for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws
• •Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the service
• •Resell or redistribute our API as your own service
• •Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• •Use automated tools to scrape beyond your plan limits

4. Rate Limits & Fair Use

Each plan has specific rate limits (requests per day and per minute). Exceeding these limits will result in temporary throttling. Repeated or intentional abuse may result in account suspension. See our pricing page for plan details.

5. Payment Terms

• •Paid plans are billed monthly in advance.
• •You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
• •We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for paid plans.
• •Prices may change with 30 days notice.

6. Data & Accuracy

We aggregate data from third-party prediction markets. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that data is error-free or real-time. You should verify critical information with the source platforms. We are not responsible for trading decisions made based on our data.

7. Intellectual Property

The Propheseer API, documentation, and website are our property. You may use the data you retrieve through the API in your applications, but you may not claim our API or branding as your own.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
